Originally from South Africa, I moved to Cleveland in 2011, by way of Israel,
Washington DC and North Africa. Moving to Cleveland, I knew very little about the city but knew I wanted an urban lifestyle, walkable neighborhood, and a vibrant community. As a resident of Gordon Square, I truly live and breathe both the market and the lifestyle. After a decade of living in Cleveland, I have cultivated a rich network of friends and acquaintances, enabling me to quickly connect sellers to buyers and vice versa.
 

I believe that my mindset as a global citizen fuels my sense of community and I pride myself on not only selling houses but providing a more holistic experience. From design help to schooling options, local shopping and neighborhood involvement – I strive to see my clients fully immerse themselves into their new community.

 

A new construction specialist, I have seven years of experience working in real estate development as Sales & Marketing Director with Brickhaus and Knez Homes. In addition to existing home sales, I regularly consult with Real Estate Developers on the design, marketing, staging and customer retention aspects of new real estate projects.

 

Most recently, in partnership with interior designer, Ashley Paul, I launched a real estate staging and styling business, “Sade & Stella”. Our interiors assist buyers to visualize how they would live and function within the space - highlighting the positive aspects by adding warmth and ambience. Each home is unique and every look is specially curated; without a cookie cutter approach. Our focus is on styling, based on thoughtful design and provides luxury, curated furnishings, original artwork and a mix of new and vintage treasures.
